The Krishna Water from Gandikota irrigation Project to Pydipalem Reservoir in Pulivendula has been released by AP CM Chandrababu Naidu.
The most awaited Dream of Pulivendula residents of Kadapa District, the water release of Krishna river to Pydipalem Reservoir has come into reality by the launching of Gandikota irrigation project today 11-01-2017 by C.M Nara Chandrababu Naidu Garu. This is the Farmers dream of Decades and it has fulfilled today by the Release of Krishna water. The project will give the water to more than 1lakh acres and also the drinking water to Pulivendula, Prodduturu, Jammalamadugu, Kamalapuram constituencies in Kadapa district. Today CM Nara Chandra Babu Naidu laying foundations stones for various development works of 150crore. The other pending projects also getting approved for the next stages.

AP CM Chandrababu Naidu while Speeking in Anantapur said that he planned with a foresightedness to bring Godavari water to Krishna Delta but the right canal work is left unfinished as some people approached court on land acquisition issue and the cases were kept pending in the court for years.
He also said that it is only the TDP which made the Pattiseema Project possible which was objected by opposition parties. In this regard he released water to Gollapalli Reservoir.

He made these remarks while addressing a huge gathering of people after laying foundation stone for country’s largest Electronics Park Elcina-Raga Mayuri Electronics Tech Park- at Chilamathur village of Anantapur district.
The park is being set up by the well known industrialist and philanthropist Mr. KJ Reddy. The foundation stone laying ceremony also saw the participation of state Information Technology and Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Minister Palle Raghunatha Reddy and actor turned politician Nandamuri Balakrishna, who represents the Hindupur Assembly constituency of the district in the state’s Legislature. Speaking on the occasion, Chandrababu Naidu said that Anantapur district was a strong bastion of the party since the beginning. He said that he was ready to spend any amount of money for the all round development of the district. Naidu also utilized the occasion to shower praises on Industrialist Mr. KJ Reddy for coming forward to set up the country’s largest electronics park in the barren land of Anantapur district. He promised Mr.Reddy of extending all kinds of cooperation from the state government to promote the Raga Mayuri electronics park across the country. Noting that the Bengaluru International Airport is in close proximity of Anantapur, Naidu said that the presence of the airport would help in the rapid development of the district into an industrial hub. He said that the district would get national institutes like Central University, Central Customs Academy, Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) in coming days. Naidu added that the establishment of national institutions in Anantapur district would give a boost to the development of the district.
State Information Technology Minister Mr. Palle Raghunatha Reddy has said that the day, which saw the laying of the foundation stone for the establishment Elcina-Raaga Mayuri Electronics Tech Park in Anantapur district, can be written in golden words in the history of the district. The minister made these remarks while addressing a mammoth public meeting held after laying the foundation stone for the establishment of Raga Mayuri Electronics Park at Chilamathur village of the district.
Speaking on the occasion, Reddy said that that the park had the potential of providing jobs to over 20,000 unemployed youth of the district. He said that around ten companies were going to invest 2000 crore in the park in the days to come. The minister also termed the establishment of Lepakshi Bio-Technology Park as the boon for the district. He said that the bio-technology park was one its kind in the entire country. Actor turned politician and Hindpur MLA Mr. Nandamuri Balakrishna has said that the establishment of Raga Mayuri Electronics Tech Park in Anantapur district will help in providing jobs to thousands of unemployed youth from the area.
He made these comments while addressing a public meeting held after laying foundation stone to the country’s largest electronics park at Chlamuathur village of the district. Speaking on the occasion, Balakrishna said that the provision of jobs to the unemployed youth at the park would also not only transform the lives of the unemployed youth but the lives of their family members as well. He promised that he would strive hard for the all round development of Anantapur district with a special focus on his assembly constituency Hindupur. Balakrishna said that the works related to laying of four lane road from Penugonda Check post to Hindpur was underway currently. He also said that he had spent Rs.40 crore to lay BT roads in all the villages of his constituency.
