Customer Support Associates – Domestic Telecom Inbound
Responsibilities
Handling customer’s queries.
SIM Card Activations & Deactivations.
Providing billing information to the customers.
Taking service requests, complaints and feedback.
Attracts potential customersby answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Skills
Minimum 1 year experience in Inbound Telecom Domestic.
Excellence communication skills.
Dynamic person, Fast Learner, attentive to detail and well organized.
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Active Team Player.
Good Typing Skills.
Basic Knowledge of Computers.
Languages:
English, Telugu & Hindi.
Education:
10+2/ Intermediate/ Degree/ Masters.
